Clinton Wright founded Draft Projects with the goal of delivering high-quality construction and fit-out projects.

While we are in the early stages of securing projects under this brand, we wanted to share the founders background and experience to illustrate how we can support you or your clients.

Clinton Wright has spent his entire career in the construction industry, starting in South Africa, where he owned and operated two construction companies, completing projects for JSE-listed firms.

Since moving to the UK, he has managed construction sites with industry leaders such as ISG, CBRE, Skanska, and Sykes & Son, before transitioning back into project management roles at Featherstone Interiors and The Design Studio.

A key highlight whilst at Featherstone was being named a Finalist for the 2024 Construction Manager of the Year Awards in the Office Fit-out Category for his Project Management work on Blick Rothenberg’s new offices.

Additionally, he holds Chartered Member status with the CIOB, further solidifying his expertise in the field.

• AJ Bell – Fit-out of new offices in the Blue Fin Building

• Space – Fit-out of four floors for their new Islington serviced office location

• Bonroy Petchem – Fit-out of new offices at 50 Pall Mall

• Blick Rothenberg – Fit-out of five floors in the New Brook Building

• Perrett Laver – Fit-out of new offices at One Embassy Gardens

• Gabriel Fabrics Showroom – Fit-out of new showroom in Clerkenwell

• Ege Carpets – Refurbishment of their showroom in Clerkenwell

• Actio – Refurbishment of their showroom in Clerkenwell
